Forests have always been associated with creepy and dangerous wild animals especially in the African Context. But the narrative is slowly changing with the discovery of Kereita forest which is actually the opposite, adventurous and fun.

Kereita Forest is located near a vibrant town in Kenya known as Kimende in Kiambu County and is approximately 45 minutes’ drive from the capital city Nairobi. The forest is an extension of the Kenyan aberdare forest with 75% covered with indigenous trees, 8% with exotic and the remaining percentage with bamboo, shrubs and herbaceous.

It was built and operated by Flying Fox strictly under the adherence of international safety standards. It encompasses six zip lines with short walks between each giving ample opportunities to explore and have fun.
